Dr. Vivian Mack
Doctor Vivian Mack was born in Orangeburg, South Carolina. She was raised in Baltimore City and attended its public schools. Upon graduating from Eastern High School (Baltimore, Maryland), she pursued a college education at Morgan State University. She graduated with a B.S. degree in Biology and later with a Master’s degree in Educational Administration and Supervision. She also received a Master’s degree in Theology from Saint Mary’s Seminary. Her doctorate’s degree, in the field of education, was received from Nova Southeastern University.
Dr. Mack was called to preach in 1983 in the African Methodist Episcopal Church. She was a pastor from April 1988- September of 1999 with this denomination. She received several certificates of recognition for her work and service in this denomination. As she worked to complete her doctoral studies, her ministry continued at Rehoboth International Covenant Church. There she served as the Pastor of Education and Administration.
Later, she founded and pastored WIN Victory Ministries located in Randallstown, Maryland. Dr. Mack embraced ministry “in action.” A homeless feeding program was designed to feed the homeless on the streets of Baltimore. A nursing home ministry and a Seeds of Faith Ministry was developed to take the “church” to those who were sick and shut-in. A youth ministry was formed to help develop and direct the youth and to enhance their public speaking as they participated each Sunday to share roots and reflections about people of color. WIN Victory also made monthly donations in a partnership to provide food, clean water, shoes, etc. for those in need. A ministry was also developed in Kenya, Africa.
Additionally, Dr. Mack has co-labored and served both as an instructor and curriculum planner with Morning Star Baptist Church (Catonsville. MD) and Wailing Woman and Praying Priest Ministries (Georgia). She was an instructor in the Bethel Bible Institute (Bethel A.M.E. Church, Baltimore). She wrote two years for “Today’s Family” magazine and participated in weekly radio broadcasts.
Her work experience includes 30+ years of service in the Baltimore City Public School System where she served as a science teacher, an assistant principal and principal. Her service also included a board membership with the Maryland Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development.
Dr. Mack is currently an adjunct professor at Coppin State University. She is also the Team Leader of the iDream School of Ministry for DreamLife Worship Center in Randallstown, Maryland. She continues to preach and mentor women in ministry. Dr. Mack is gifted to organize conferences, numerous church celebratory programs and events. She is a conference, worship, and workshop itinerate preacher.
Family is important to her and God has blessed her with two lovely daughters, two granddaughters and a son-in-law. Dr. Mack is a faithful, anointed and blessed child of the King.
She is a crusader for Christ and a warrior working the works of Him who called her.
