Gerri Leder

Board Member

Gerri Leder is a leadership and transition coach who guides people through change and intentional disruption through group workshops, Masterminds and as a writer.

Gerri is a certified professional coach, through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is a certified practitioner in the Myers Briggs (MBTI®) and is a Marshall Goldsmith Lead60 coach.

She founded a successful marketing consultancy in the financial services industry, LederMark Communications. A graduate of the University of Richmond, Gerri earned an MBA with a Marketing concentration at Loyola University Maryland. She has completed various leadership programs, including the Securities Industry Institute at Wharton and the Advanced Leadership Development Program at Loyola University Maryland.  

She serves as a Mentor in the social enterprise, Innovation Works and is a past board member of the Center for Poverty Solutions. Gerri, a practitioner of Ignatian Spirituality, chairs the Baltimore Ignatian Business Chapter and has been a scholarship sponsor of the Cristo Rey Jesuit High School in Baltimore. She has served as Chair, Richmond Council, University of Richmond and has served on milestone reunion committees; and founded the Towson Business Community Food Drive in Towson.
